Your new role:
You shall join a small team at Copenhagen Airport as a part-time or full-time Operations agent. Shift hours will be rostered in advance, including both early, late, weekend and sometimes night work. Actual working time can sometimes vary subject to the operational demands of traffic. We offer a fair salary, with benefits, which shall be discussed in more detail if we select you for an interview. All employees will be expected to work two weekends per month.
The successful applicants will be rostered to work several hours in an advanced roster. Still, they will be expected to remain flexible (Along with all other team members) dependent on business needs, such as sometimes starting a few hours earlier or finishing later or assisting on days during high traffic volumes.
What you'll be doing:
As Operations agent, you will help coordinate the smooth running of our Copenhagen Airport base. This includes liaising with aircraft operators, travel organisers, airport authority, third-party suppliers, aircrew, passengers, and relevant authorities to coordinate our clients' aircraft at the Airport.
You will be the face of the business providing world-class service to our customers, ensuring a smooth transition through our facility whilst safely delivering ground services to our customers' aircraft.
As you might expect, a long and specific list of duties is required. This can be discussed at the interview stage and along with salary, benefits, and everything else about this brilliant role.
Previous experience in the Airport environment, including flight operations and Airport systems, is a massive advantage for the candidate, or prior experience outside the Airport in jobs that have required high levels of coordination and resource management skills.

Some of the requirements include the following:
First and foremost - you know what an excellent customer experience looks like, and you know how to deliver this.
Flexible – Our aircraft don't have schedules, and you must be willing to work in shifts, start earlier, finish later from time to time, and work extra days if the operation requires it.
Willingness to learn new skills, with full training provided both in the office and outdoors on the 'ramp' with aircraft.
Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Valid and clean driving licence
IT Literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes - Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
You will be organised with strong attention to detail.
English is our primary company language and the International aviation language. You shall have excellent skills. Additional languages, including Danish, would be an advantage.
Previous experience with aviation, travel, luxury retail or hospitality would be advantageous.
Can provide a 5-year background check with two specific job references.
