FULL-TIME - OPERATIONS AGENT / Previous experience a must!

 

ASE Handling, based in Denmark and Sweden, is searching for a full-time "Operations & VIP Agent" start date between March and April 2024 for our Copenhagen FBO.

We are looking for an experienced member of staff to join our team. As a full-time employee, you will work around 20 shifts each month, with at least two weekends of work per month. The airport is 24/7, so this is no 9-5 job, so only apply if you can be flexible, dynamic, and prepared to work in a small team with amendments (sometimes) to your daily working hours, subject to ad hoc traffic and requirements. Every day is different!

 

We are a small professional team (10 staff) who give 100% effort to the company; we all work hard and are proud of our service and reputation. Our new employee must be prepared to work in the same way.

 

You will play an essential part in our company, with significant responsibility for managing the daily operation, planning, customers, flights, communication, and delivery of 5-star service.

 

Some days, you will be inside at the operations desk, and on other days, you may be outside with the crew and passengers. The tasks are fun, but it takes many years to learn the A-Z process. Only apply if you are prepared for a challenge.

 

We are seeking a new co-worker with a level of "Minimum Experience."

• 3-5 Years at CPH Airport (Airside)
  Experience in Aircraft operations, load control or planning-type jobs
  Understanding of aircraft safety and security
  Experience with Airport systems (Viewmaster or Airhart)
  Clean driving licence
  Competent with multitasking in a dynamic environment
  Skilled in quickly learning new airport systems
