ASE Handling is a specialist aviation ground handling company supporting business aviation, charter operations, and VIP clients with precision, professionalism, and genuine care. We are expanding our team and looking for a confident, organised, and service‑driven OPS & VIP Agent to join our growing operation.
What You’ll Do
You will be at the heart of our daily operation, ensuring every flight, crew, and passenger receives seamless support. Your responsibilities will include:
Operational Coordination

Manage daily flight movements, slot requests, PPRs, and ground handling arrangements

Liaise with crews, operators, and airport stakeholders to ensure smooth turnarounds

Prepare handling documentation, manifests, and operational briefings

Coordinate fuel, catering, transport, de‑icing, and third‑party services
-
Maintain accurate records, logs, and compliance documentation
VIP & Customer Service

Welcome passengers and crew with professionalism and discretion

Deliver a high‑standard VIP experience from arrival to departure

Arrange bespoke services including lounges, transfers, hospitality, and concierge requests

Represent ASE Handling’s values through excellent communication and a positive, proactive attitude
Safety & Compliance

Uphold company procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Support internal audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For

Experience in aviation operations, FBO services, customer service, or a similar fast‑paced environment
-
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure

A calm, confident communicator who can build trust with clients and colleagues

High attention to detail and a commitment to safe, compliant working practices

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and irregular hours
