Positions within ASE - In today's business environment employers demand as much multitasking
as possible from their staff, ASE is no different and we expect our staff to work
as a team and multitask in various roles which can include Flight Operations, Administration,
VIP Meet & Greeting, Aircraft handling, Ground Transportation and decision making.
From time to time we have positions in our team under the “Flight Manager” job title
which can include everything and more mentioned above. Our jobs are so unique we
need to be able to perform so many various tasks.
Previous Experience - ASE prefer future employees to have at least a minimum of 1-2
year working airside at an Airport, our type of job is very unique and we prefer
staff to have had experience in either ground operations, passenger handling, airline
handling, airline operations or vip operations.
Required by ASE - In order to work with ASE employees are required to have a CLEAN
driving licence with no endorsements and 2X full previous employee references. In
addition a Police criminal record must be produced in order for an Airport ID to
be issued. Employees should have their own transport to/from the Airport, shifts
are often during unsocial hours.
Working Conditions - ASE Handling require staff to work in a shift related pattern
with full flexibility to adjust to adhoc traffic. Typically a normal month contains
up to 160 Hours work as a full time or up to 90 Hours work as part time. A typical
day can be as little as 6hr and another as long as 12hr, VIP jets don’t fly to schedules
like Airlines do so we often require our staff to be as flexible and helpful as possible.
Airports are dangerous places and safety is our priority and candidates should be
very street smart, aware of their surroundings and willing to adjust to a unique
environment full of potential risks.
Education - ASE prefer people candidates with good common sense and a good education.
We don’t expect you to be of NASA quality but we do expect you to be balanced, fun
and quick thinking in a positive and team building way. If you cant work a computer

good knowledge and who can operate Windows and Office. One major demand is we require
employees to have a VERY high level of English ability, especially in written format.
